Hi, I’m Caitlin—founder, baker, and the heart behind Doodlebug Dough Co.

Baking has been my way of finding peace, creativity, and new connections. It started as a personal journey to heal and turned into a passion for creating food that feels like home. The name "Doodlebug" comes from a childhood nickname given to me by my mother, who passed a few years ago. Though our connection wasn’t through baking and was complicated, I’ve found a sense of closeness to her through this journey. Every bake feels like a step forward—carrying both her memory and my love for creating something meaningful.

Everything is made from scratch with care and intention. Whether it’s a crusty sourdough loaf, soft sandwich bread, or a sweet indulgence, my hope is that each bite brings comfort and joy.
